離台北車站很近，房間乾淨，床很大，就是光線太暗了，晚上睡覺持續聽到排水聲音，有點吵。

地點超級方便，對面就是台北車站和新光三越，附近很多吃的買的，去地下街也有很多店可以逛，員工友善有禮，每天整理的房間挺乾淨。房間不是很大，但一個人住也夠的，洗手間算大，設施有點殘舊但不影響使用，隔音一般般，外面有人說話經過開關門都會聽到。這個價格可以接受。

客服很好，非常殷勤有禮，會透過郵件通訊
房間細小，打開兩個行李，就沒有位置走路
床舖舒適，如枕頭再厚一點就好
下樓便有很多美食
不好的是隔音係差，早上約8點至10點就聽到有人跑和執房聲
