It’s good to have this kind of hotel in Taipei City

The room is small but has the same facilities as other hotel rooms. The furniture is a bit old and the sofas and chairs could be cleaned more. It has a good CP value in the essence of Taipei.

On the afternoon of December 22nd, a cold wave hit. I originally planned to book a capsule hotel in Ximending, but considering my own convenience, I didn’t want to run around in the cold wave. So I booked a hotel with Trp.com for NT$5,000 or 6,000 per night. I was traveling in a deluxe double room, but I didn't expect it to be the beginning of a nightmare... The room was tidy and clean with hot water... However, I couldn't watch the TV and the air conditioner couldn't be adjusted... I asked the lady downstairs to help me adjust the temperature. She said it should be adjusted to 30 Because it was very cold, let it warm up slowly... The TV lady didn't know how to adjust it, so she asked another female colleague to help... As a result, the TV was on, but I didn't want to watch it, and the switch was gone. It was unbearably cold in the room, and the temperature turned out to be 13 degrees, which was lower than the temperature I just asked the lady to adjust. I spent more than 5,000 yuan and had to wear leather clothes in the room. It was so cold that I couldn't sleep. I had to have surgery the next day. ⋯ I didn’t have enough TV to watch, but I was freezing to death ⋯ Then I called the service center at about 11:10. I waited until 11:30, but the service guy couldn’t adjust it well either. After he did, it jumped again ⋯ Later, the service staff suggested that I simply turn off the air conditioner⋯ (Oh my God‼️) Is this a room worth 5,000 or 6,000 yuan? I might as well stay in a big hotel... The service guy was very nice and apologized to Ju Gong all the time... I asked him to change rooms for me but they were all full. He was also dealing with the TV problem in another room. Fortunately, he gave me a blanket at 12:00, so that I could sleep warmer. Thanks to the service guy. I think there is something wrong with the air conditioning and TV equipment that I brought with me during the trip. I can’t leave all the problems to him. The front-line service staff, but the management behind them just wants to collect money, which makes people feel sad! I won’t recommend this to my friends anymore, especially in the cold winter!

The location of the hotel is very good, right next to the MRT station. The staff at the front desk are also very friendly and the room is clean!

隔壁空調及廁所用水聲音無法安靜睡覺，中午出門前掛上室內清潔吊牌晚上回來後房間還是沒有整理!

地點好，在台電大樓四號出口隔壁，但飯店的隔音差，櫃子角落等地方有蜘蛛網，浴室乾濕分離的膠條發霉應該可以換新了，床鋪和枕頭太軟，被子太悶熱（蓋著發汗，不蓋又會冷），冷氣出風口灰塵沒清、味道很重（濕悶又有前人煙味混合）、聲音很大聲除非整個關掉電源才能安靜。整體來說，很難睡的好，整潔度待加強的一家飯店。
