ตั้งอยู่ทำเลดี เดินจากทางขึ้น mrt ไม่เกิน 1 นาที อยู่ติดเซเว่น มีแฟมิลี่มาร์ทใกล้ ๆ อยู่ใกล้ป้ายรถเมล์ สะดวกสำหรับการเดินทาง แต่ทางขึ้นเป็นบันไดเล็ก ถ้ามีกระเป๋าเดินทางขนาดใหญ่อาจพิจารณาความสามารถในการแบกของตัวเอง อุปกรณ์ของใช้ครบครัน ห้องกว้างดี ผนังห้องบาง อาจจะไม่เก็บเสียงนัก ห้องน้ำใช้ระบบรอต้มน้ำอุ่น ถ้าน้ำร้อนหมดเค้าให้รอ 10-15 นาที

Pro: Located near the exit 1 of Dong Men MRT. Service from the front desk staff was okay. There’s a 7eleven store right downstairs and it’s next to Dong Men market.
Cons: Room smelled of sewage due to the toilet. Bedsheets and cover were kind of dirty with yellow stains on it. Housekeeping was only carried out once during my 5D4N stay there, even so, they did it minimally. Poor soundproofing. No elevator/lift in the building so good luck walking up the steep stairs with your luggage.
Overall score 2 out of 5. Personally feel there are better hotels out there with the same price.

The transportation in the annex is very convenient and the service attitude is very good.
However, the cleanliness of the facilities in the room was not very good, especially the bathroom door frame was moldy.

The air circulation was very poor and it smelled stuffy and musty. The toilet was very dirty. I searched for the plug like a treasure hunt for a long time but couldn't find a working one. There is no elevator in the whole building, and no one is at the front desk most of the time.
