Hotel Relax V

A great value hotel 5 mins walk from Taipei Main Station (Taoyuan Airport train) via Exit 3. Hotel has thoughtful amenities like storage lockers, a pantry containing microwave, coffee and hot water machines, and dining space. Laundry avail at B1 too. Friendly and helpful staff who printed our boarding passes for us. Clean and compact room,with toilet bidet and free snacks with bottled water, tea/coffee. Some improvements needed: water leakage from gap in shower door, wetting bathroom floor. Hanger rack in awkward location above pantry instead of on wall above luggage rack.(see pic)Hanging jackets or clothes may obstruct when boiling water or making beverages. TV doesn't seem to work. WiFi works on one device but another could not log on to the room network. We only stayed for 2 nights and were out most of the time but it may bother those who stay longer.

Bed dirty things no change new, the card can scan the door at first need to go back to reception to read the card again. Requested to change bed in first time and the reception said ok but no one come to change and second time call they said they didn't receive any requests
