Oursinn Hotel

The room was dirty and had a peculiar smell. The toilet door was broken and could not be closed. There is no shower curtain. There is a hair dryer and its power supply behind the shower.

I made a mistake in my hotel choice. The only things I was satisfied with were the clean bed sheets and the air conditioning in the room. It was unmanned and the door was opened over the intercom, so it seemed like they probably didn't communicate. There was a Japanese-language check-in machine inside, they scanned my passport and issued a card key. The room was small, the TV didn't work, there were no slippers, the door was hard to open from the inside (I thought I was locked in), and I was worried about the shared bathroom so I didn't use it. Because it was unmanned, I couldn't leave my luggage there and had to walk around with heavy luggage all day the next day... I won't use it again.

Although the first building of Boju Hotel is on the third floor of an old building, it has been renovated and is overall clean and bright. Room types include basic single rooms with no windows and shared bathrooms; standard double rooms with no windows and exclusive bathrooms; deluxe double rooms with windows and bathrooms; and triple rooms with no windows and bathrooms. It is basically fully equipped and has an elevator which is pretty good.

Reasonable and convenient location

The building was too old and there was no safety deposit box, so I couldn't stay comfortably.

I got a room without a window, but the room was dirty. Only the bed side had been cleaned, but the rest of the wallpaper was peeling off and remained dirty. When I turn on the ventilation and air conditioner in the ceiling, it makes a loud noise. I can't sleep, so I turn off the air conditioner, but the ventilation doesn't turn off and the squealing noise doesn't stop. Moreover, there were signs that it had been broken, and it had been pasted with transparent tape to prevent it from falling off. When I returned to the hotel at 5pm on the first day, it still hadn't been cleaned. The garbage that had been on the floor since the first day was still there, and the dead ants in the sink were still there until the last day. I will never stay there again.
