第三次入住…房價一直上脹
加上每次入住check in 體驗都不算好
職員欠缺笑容. 服務也不到位
首先提問可否late check out 就說要加錢
另外訂了兩晚房間. 由於分開訂所以房型有點不一樣. 第一晚房型比較平. 第二晚是轉角房型比較貴. check in 時向職員說明可否安排同一個房間不想換房間. 房型不緊要. 職員只表示就要加錢將第一晚upgrade到比較貴的轉角房型這樣就可以連續兩晚住同一間房.
我問為什麼一定要加錢… 不能將第二晚downgrade 去比較平宜的房型那就不用加錢..職員一開始還say no 說不行..
我問原因為什麼時該職員也表示不耐煩之後有位男經理主動協助說沒問題. 每次感覺問什麼都說要加錢.. 職員管理培訓方面要加強. 只是酒店環境加地理不錯才入住

早餐是星巴克，如果不需要記得要不包早餐的房間。

住過台北好多飯店
這次住這間意外的感覺還不錯
交通便利 而且附近有7-11 有麥當勞 藥局 星巴克
按摩館 都是用走的5分鐘就能到
而且蠻多外國人入住 大廳雖然沒有5星級酒店氣派
但舒適乾淨清爽又帶點設計感 很舒服
櫃檯人員也都很nice喔超親切感
下次會想帶孩子再來住

The hotel location was super convenient as it was right behind the MRT station! The amenities provided were also very good. The room was super clean and we really enjoyed our stay there. Would book again if we go back to visit Taipei
