Over all a good hotel but pearl lounge bar services is bad and Chinese restaurant services needs improvement

Staying here for the second time, the experience was as good as last time! The location is in Zhongshan District, with many restaurants and shopping malls. It is close to Zhongshan MRT Station and is convenient for going out! The staff are polite and friendly, the environment is clean, the room is big enough, the atmosphere of a standard Japanese hotel, and the breakfast is good!

The hotel is in a very good location. It is in the city center. It costs NT$1,200 to take a taxi from Taoyuan Airport to the hotel. We happened to meet a female driver with a cheerful personality. We rented her car for several days and took us to eat and drink along the way. The service was great. The design of the hotel lobby is relatively old, but the room is very neat and clean. It feels a bit refreshing when entering the room. The waiters are also very polite. If I come to Taiwan, I will stay here again.
