We immediately went to the front desk and asked the hotel to check the room safe to see if the passport was there. The hotel insisted that it was not there because the waiter had checked it when cleaning, so we had to refund all the plane tickets. The guest who just stayed at the hotel found the passport bag in the safe, and took it to the front desk, and then we got the passport bag. The hotel is so irresponsible!
