The room was spacious and the location was good. There was a night market nearby, and supermarkets and convenience stores were also nearby, so there was no problem with eating and shopping. However, I stayed for three nights, and the bath was only about 40°C on the first and second days, even with the water at full blast, but on the third day, it was surprisingly hot... The bathroom was completely white with steam. I wonder if the temperature is different depending on the day? Breakfast was not a buffet at the restaurant in the basement, but a takeaway item to eat in the room. Too bad.

Some front desk agents/managers are pretty rude. No expression and does not speak in a nice manner. 1 or 2 front desk agent were friendly. Especially during check in but could tell that they are new.
Rooms are were big and it comes with a nice bathroom however the room lacks of ventilation
Small sitting area but the sofa was broken.
Aircon was okay when the weather is cooling.

It's not too far from the MRT Zhongshan Elementary School Station in three minutes' walk. The room facilities are good, but there's no view. The windows are small and don't provide much light, but the space is quite large. The bathtub and seating area are pretty good.
