久別台灣，覺得酒店人員的服務真的很好。媽咪不太懂國語，服務人員也可以用簡單英語跟我們溝通。我們遇到不明白或是想去附近地方逛逛，服務人員都願意推介給我們。
他們的耐心對答，以及服務，讓我們出門在外也有回家的感覺。

唯有設施部分，考慮到身體不自由/行動不方便長輩，若飯店能夠有選擇會更好。例如：特別房間可以在廁所加裝把手、防滑設施、洗手台方便輪椅進出的裝置會更好。
另外，淋浴、泡澡、洗手台的水龍頭如果同步使用，會造成淋浴的水溫忽冷忽熱。這一次入住期間，有兩次淋浴時水溫突然變熱，非常危險很容易造成燒燙傷，衷心建議飯店解決這情況以免造成任何傷害。

地點非常方便，捷運忠孝新生站出口左邊出來就是酒店。員工服務日式和台式混合，十分親切友善，房間大而整潔，設施齊全。下次來台北會再考慮選擇。
