這是我住過Hyatt旗下最差的飯店，
我昨天下午已經有告知前台我的房間有噪音，工程部上來弄了之後還有，你們的人告訴我那是正常聲音，我一整晚都聽着噪音完全沒辦法入睡，早上跟前台反映，衹冷冷的回了我一句哦抱歉，無語了，服務差到一個極點

Honestly, as big fans of the Eclat Beijing we expected more from the chain. Hotel needs renovation, the staff is super kind but the status of the hotel does not justify the money
