Very good hotel. Near Taipei main station M3 exit. Hotel abit old, but able to make up due to its convenience. Breakfast was so-so. Not recommended. Got free upgrade to VIP suite room.

Very old and dated rooms and fittings. Bathroom is very small, with no space to stand properly in front of the sink because the toilet is in the way. Shower and bathtub are combined in a narrow space with no headroom (I’m 180cm tall and the rain shower head brushes my head when standing upright).
Gym equipment could also do with a refresh.
Free welcome drink was good, and room was clean. Overall still pretty value given the central location.

Location is very good, just beside Taipei main station, using exit M3. This station has train for MRT line, Airport and HSR.
Although our room has no window, it is spacious. Room has all amenities and toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, bath gel, body lotion and hand wash.

Location is very good, just next to the mrt and hrt station. Travel to airport very convenient.

Hotel is very conveniently located beside the Taipei Main station. Exit M3 and turn left and hotel is just a few steps ahead. This is my 2nd time stay at the hotel. Room is not spacious but very clean with windows. Bath tub has sliding door instead of the usual shower screen which is nice. Complimentary welcome coffee/drink coupons which is redeemable at cafe beside the front desk.
From hotel exit, turn left and there’s a small lane which has an eatery that sells dumpling which is very juicy and tasty.
Enjoyed the stay and will stay again in future.

Located at Taipei Main Station so it’s very convenient to get around. There are restaurants, shops, and convenient stores within steps from hotel.

This is the worse hotel I have ever stayed in my life.I do not recommend anyone to stay here . It’s expensive the food was crap the room was like a cage.I asked for window room but was given false window. Stay away from this hotel whatever cost

Super handy location for MRT, HSR and MRT Airport Express with the M3 exit clearly labelled as the Cosmos. Convenience stores and amazing cafes adjacent and nearby. Nice touch with the free drink voucher. Decor a little dated and room on the small size but an excellent rest nevertheless. Attentive and welcoming staff.

This hotel really needs a good upgrade. The interior furnitures are quite old, you could smell mould once you step into the room. Bad sound proof. The only good thing is it's really close to the Taipei main station, right next to it.

Feel relax and comfortable staying here. Breakfast was a bit regress compared to previous years. Overall it was a marvelous stay and hope to stay here again in near future.

The hotel was abit old but the quality of service provided by the staff is excellent. Specifically, their helpfulness in resolving issues such as a faulty lock on luggage and thr 17th floor staff was try their best to comfort guests during an earthquake, even though they were also concerned themselves. Only that the bathroom is abit inconvenience, you have to climb in to the bathtub to bath.
