I chose Santos hotel because all its rooms have windows. I got a regular sized hotel room with 2 twin beds, Location not in a busy part of town which is ok. . Hotel is not new but the room was clean, sheets and towels were pristine white. Generous with bottled water, coffee, tea in sachets. Staff were very helpful. Carpet can do with shampooing. Bedskirt needs to be replaced. A 5-10 min walk to the train station, very convenient. From the airport I took the bus, got off across the hotel and just walked short distance. Took bus going back to airport. Was able to go to bus stn via the train. Pics show view from my window and bus trip sched.They serve buffet meals. I would recommend this hotel for these reasons.

Nothing spectacular about the room but staff so helpful. We washed clothes free in basement. Bfast nice & we walked to all places to eat.

Guest service was good, but the hygiene standard was need to be improved

The best part is the location of the hotel. It's literally 5 minutes on foot from an MRT station. The price is very affordable. Highly recommend.

3 Mins to MRT station. Easily accessible. There is a direct bus 1841 from airport to hotel. Hotel is old and only allow to check in at 3pm.

Good service

The hotel's locaion is very strategic location, 5 minutes walking distance to MRT Station.

Hotel is very old. Room is big but walls are very very thin. You can hear the pipes draining out at night, room doors being slammed and opened, and if you get a room close to the lifts, then it’s even worse. Room had a musky smell after a while and the toilet couldn’t flush properly at one point, has to do it multiple times.

Though hotel looks a bit dated but front desk staffs were very friendly, eager to answer questions.

Nice location, near MRT, near 7-11. The room is big and the breakfast is delicious. event though they do not provide toothbrush, razor, shower cap but if you need you can ask the reception. the staff there are so friendly. Nice stay there.

Location was very near the MRT with the room being very clean and convenient store nearby downstairs.

Walking distance to Minquan West Road Station Clean room and attentive staff

This is an older hotel, so the hardwares are a bit worn out. But from many little details you can tell it was a pretty established hotel back in the days. (They have smart toilet/washlet decades ago.) They also add laundry in the basement too! That’s very thoughtful and a huge plus! (The dryer however takes a lot more time to dry though, or maybe not using the correct mode) Weekday price is very reasonable! Will stay here again if coming to the area!

I chose this hotel due to we need to attend the exhibitions at the Expo Dome, and this hotel is the closest at a reasonable price. The hotel is a bit old, but still well maintained. Around the hotel, you will find lots of local restaurants and 7-11, so it's quite convenient. The Wi-Fi speed is good enough for social media, and watching movies online.
