Nice and clean room

The transportation is convenient, the MRT is convenient, the check-in environment is hygienic and clean, and the service staff has a good attitude. Since it is a business trip, convenient travel is the first choice. I can stay here again next time

I always stay in this hotel every time I go to Taipei. It’s very cost-effective. Exit 3 of Zhongzheng Road, very convenient nearby

Homey House has a perfect location, 10 minutes to walk to Zhongshan station. Many kinds of restaurants and eateries nearby, for example at Shin Shin department store just around the corner. There is no lobby and no breakfast service, but a very good ********* breakfast is offered at 世界豆漿大王 Shi Jie Soymilk King not far away. Or you can have breakfast at family mart nearby. Our twin room had every comfort you need, for example there was a washing machine nearby and we could dry our clothes with the heating in the bath. And the room was quiet. The staff at the reception were very helpful (24 hours). Just next door is a spa, that may offer red light services. If you want to avoid this neighborhood, the whole area of Linsen north road may not be yours. But we did not bother and were never disturbed. The price of the rooms is very affordable.

It was.... ok. it was ok. Facilities were right about what they were worth, but there were definite stains and a bit of a smell coming from the carpet.

Value for money

The building is old, so the noise from outside is a concern, but the room is not bad. However, you need to leave the shower running for about 5 minutes before the hot water comes out. The toilet is a washlet. Some of the staff can speak Japanese, and they quickly helped me when the Wi-Fi didn't work. I was looking for a reasonable hotel, but overall I think it was worth the price.

There is no shampoo or conditioner. The bathroom had the same kind of soap as the hand soap. The bathroom had a toilet separated from the restroom, so you had to be careful when showering so the toilet didn't get wet. The edge of the bathtub was high and wide, so it was hard to step over (I'm 153cm tall). The exterior is old, but the inside has been renovated. The location is convenient, close to the station, and there are many convenience stores and restaurants nearby.

The reception was on the 3rd floor from the 1st floor, and in Chinese it said 3rd floor reception, but the 1st floor seemed to be in ruins, so I was honestly confused... Although I was early for check-in, I was able to use the room and was able to relax. I think the room was cleaned, but there was hair on the table and cones on the floor... Before, I was always satisfied and came back every time, the location was very good, and the reception staff spoke Japanese, so I felt a little disappointed in how things had changed after the coronavirus.

There was a laundry room and the bathroom in the room had a drying function, so it was convenient to do laundry.
