喜瑞飯店雖然並不是一間設備頂級，裝修豪華的酒店，但它的服務最貼心，我住了2個星期，很有家的感覺。
先從飲食說起，早上提供的自助早餐簡單美味，除主要早點外，其他菜式在2星期內都沒有重覆；下午時，大堂就會提供免費咖啡茶水及零食；晚上九時後，還有免費泡麵宵夜呢！
跟著要讚賞前台服務，每次進出飯店，必會跟你打個招呼，下雨天，會關心你有否帶傘，飯店有雨傘會借給住客；我們退房是在早上6時，前台職員主動幫我們預備三文治及咖啡，放在紙挽袋內，最令人驚喜的是，袋內放有一張心卡，人手寫的，還有手繪圖案，真感動。
最後，清潔姐姐每天都會見面打招呼，工作雖然辛苦，但她們都仍保持笑臉，和藹可親。
