もともと予約していた部屋が、洗面台の排水溝が詰まっていてびっくりしました。フロントに言いに行くとスタッフの方が翻訳機を使って話してくれ、部屋まで見に来てくれました。最初からあったものだということが伝わっていなかったみたいで、部屋に見に来たあと、違う部屋に変えると言っていただきました。新しい部屋はとても大きかったです。スタッフはとても親切でした。ただ、部屋のベッドのマットレスが硬すぎて眠れませんでした笑 それと、スリッパが臭いです。笑 位置は便利な場所にありとても良いです！

The front desk was great- check in and check out were easy peasy and when I called to report a problem with the toilet, they took care of it immediately and were very friendly. The location is great. One thing that I didn't like was that the walls are not thick, so I heard the guests next door cackling and screaming in the afternoon. They quieted down at night when I got back though. I feel like if I had called the front desk they would have taken care of it, but just the fact that I was able to hear the people next door makes me take away a few points in the overall score. I hope the hotel can find a way to reinforce the walls between the rooms because otherwise it would have been an excellent stay.
