非常好，服務也特別好，每次來台北都住這。衹不過有一晚地震了，頭頂的燈慌的很厲害，都打到天花板上了，估計最近經常地震才沒修復

酒店各方面都不錯，可惜房間設計沒有窗户可開，空調新風還好，沒有異味，米其林一星的餐廳也是中規中距，沒有很好吃，早餐食品新鮮，服務人員很好

台北這家文華東方就是5星級酒店的服務層面的天花板，每一個工作人員都是那麼的熱情、温柔、 專業、得體、細心（前台的同事、門口的工作人員、餐廳的工作人員、客房送餐的工作人員）。我可太喜歡了。
