The location is really great, in the busiest area in the East District, and very close to the MRT station! It's a pity that the hotel may be older, but the room equipment is much older! The wooden equipment is rusty or damaged, and the wooden wardrobe has a strong wet smell when opened😔
In addition, the cleaning of the room needs to be improved. As soon as we entered the room and started putting things away, we found dried contact lenses one after another 😂. They were all stuck to the bedside table, the trash can in the room, and next to the toilet! Sure enough, it was contact lenses.
Some of the service staff were very friendly during the check-in introduction.

the worst hotel I have ever stayed.
The air conditioner was broken and it was so cold that I couldn't sleep all night. The facilities are very dilapidated.
hotel staff have bad attitudes also, which makes the experience very poor. I don't recommend overall.

Very nice location close to mrt and bus station to Jiufen
2stations to Taipei main station and maybe 4 stations to Ximending
Close to SOGO and many shopping store you can found local restaurant around the hotel and I love the public garden behind the hotel
The staff are very nice and willing to help
Please understand before booking if you read the others review you might be a bit confused some are review not good, old or anything but over all is value able for me 1.comfort bed
2.clean restroom
3.cleaning everyday
and you can enjoy coffee and tea anytime you want
