Very accommodating staffs. Perfect location as well.

Good location to HSR/TRA station, slightly further to the MRT. But love the service and the cleanliness!

Facilities: The room basically has everything you need, but the air conditioner is instantly adjusted to 25 degrees. It is very cold when it is turned on, but it will be very stuffy when it is turned off.  Hygiene: There is a musty smell in the room, which may be due to the lack of ventilation in the room. There are hairs in the bathroom, but everything else looks okay.  Environment: It's about 7 minutes away from Taipei Main Station. It's in Jiumin District. It's convenient for buying souvenirs and taking the MRT. Just across the street are 7-11, FamilyMart, Mcdonald, KFC, and 50 Lan. There's Ningxia Night Market in about 15 minutes. Service: The front desk staff are attentive. There is a young lady who is quite nice to talk to in the evening. There is also a public area in the lobby where you can sit, there is also a luggage scale, a public refrigerator, and a minibar. The only things that are not so good are the front desk and housekeeping. I disturbed my rest in the morning because I stayed out late the night before, so I didn’t answer the call from the front desk that morning. Then the housekeeper came directly and banged on the door, which woke me up. I thought I had mistaken the room at first. Later, I kept asking if anyone wanted to be cleaned today. Obviously, the hotel's occupancy rule is to inform you only if cleaning is required, and I didn't say that cleaning was required. I don't know why I came knocking on the door on the third morning. A little dissatisfied

It is less than 5 minutes away from Taipei Main Station, very convenient! Thank you to the staff for their attentiveness and birthday surprise! There are also many food choices in the self-service bar! The overall experience was good, I believe I will stay again!

The location is convenient, very close to Taipei Station. The only drawback is that the room has carpet floors and doesn't feel very clean.

It's only a 3-minute walk from Taipei Main Station. Although the room is small, it is clean and comfortable. The service staff is attentive and courteous. Although breakfast is not provided, the surrounding restaurants are very convenient, and the small snack bar provides non-stop coffee, tea and some exquisite Small snacks, this is a very cost-effective hotel!

Bathroom part: The cement between the floor tiles and the tiles may be worn out due to long-term use. The tiles are a bit scratched on the bottom of the feet and toes. In addition, I would like to thank the staff for their various arrangements, suggestions and reminders; I especially sent small cakes and heartfelt cards on my and my partner's birthdays, which is very heartwarming, especially since I also forgot my own birthday ~ haha ​​~ thank you 🙏🏻 Hope to have the opportunity to come to Taiwan again tour!

The hotel is only about ten minutes away from Beijing Railway Station and Taipei Main Station. It is very convenient to get in and out. Cup noodles and coffee are also provided in the evening. It is really good. I will consider staying here next time.
