Most importantly, the service from the staff is excellent. Every one we met in the hotel treated us warmly and went the extra mile to accede to our requests. We booked 3 rooms initially then added one more room after one night. Unfortunately, there wasn't any available room on the the same floor. However, the staff actually called us the next day and informed us of an available room on the same floor and asked if we would like to change the room so the entire family could be on the same floor.
