This area should be a new development area in downtown Taitung. If you want to travel close to the bustling business district, it is not recommended to live in this area, because it will take a little time for traffic.

The room was clean, the bed was clean, there were lights and outlets, and it was easy to use. I'm thankful that I have water, towels, and slippers. The bad points were that there were a lot of mosquitoes and I got bitten in several places, and the air conditioner was as loud as construction work outside. Since it was a dormitory, the people in the same room were noisy so I didn't feel comfortable. That has nothing to do with the hotel. Self-check-in is convenient, but in the end I couldn't do it and checked in at the counter. It's a good inn considering the price and location. But the mosquitoes were persistent!

Hotel is new & tastefully furbished. Love the basement Common lounge where guests can come together to eat, drink, read, watch movies or just relax. Room is also very comfortable, except lights are a little dim and there is no TV. Understand it's an intentional move by hotel management not to provide TV in room as they want guests to enjoy Taitung to the fullest & not stay in the room to watch TV. So need to get used to this if you want to stay here :)

The only flaw is that ”the air conditioner is facing the bed.” ”, the temperature has been adjusted very high, but there is still wind (it has turned upward), the sound insulation is pretty good (no sound from other rooms is heard), and it is a non-smoking room (we don’t smoke either), but there is no smoke as soon as we enter the door. The taste is a plus! The bathtub is quite large for taking a bath. I booked this hotel for my family before, and now I am staying here myself. I really feel that the price is well worth it during the holidays!
