"My second stay here was prompted by the hot air balloons again. The location in the city center is incredibly convenient; it's within walking distance of the lively Tiehua Village, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and well-maintained, and there's also parking available for cars. Booking three months ahead secured a great discount, offering excellent value for money. I was really happy to stay here again. I'll definitely choose this place for my next visit too, as its downtown location is just so convenient! :)"

"First, some minor drawbacks: The toilets are bidet toilets, but there was some yellow limescale. The yellow bath towels provided by the pool were a bit worn. Next, the amenities: The hotel has a spa pool, sauna, and sauna, which are very relaxing; you can stay up all night. Breakfast was surprisingly delicious, with rice milk and corn chowder. The vegetables from the local farmer's grandma were very fresh and tasty. Parking is convenient. I recommend staying here when visiting Taitung!"

"We weren't informed before check-in that the public hot spring bath was undergoing maintenance. To make matters worse, the maintenance schedule posted on-site didn't even match the actual situation, which was a real letdown. The complimentary bicycles were quite old and dilapidated, a slight minus. However, guests could sign up for the mochi pounding activity, and a buffet dinner was also available for an additional charge. These two aspects were quite good and added some positive points back."

"The butler at the reception was very enthusiastic and would introduce the facilities in detail. A simple breakfast was also provided the next day. It was a youth hostel with a high CP value."

"Convenient location to the train and bus stations. Car rental places are nearby. Route 8101A and Express A (ferry harbor) bus stop is not too far from the hotel if east coastal attractions and the Green Island are your destinations. 8101A departs once a day at 8:30 to major sightseeings along the coastal highway in a cruise ship style ride with 30 to 60 minute stay at each attraction and then returns to the departure stop in a close loop. Express A to the ferry harbor in 20 minute ride with a 30 minute bus interval."

"The facilities in the room are relatively old, especially the bathroom, which is basically clean, but the sink in the bathroom sprays water everywhere when used, and directly sprays on the person using it. The facilities available in the hotel are generally not introduced in detail. The scenery looking out from the room facing the mountain is very beautiful."

"Taitung is a little far away, but Naluwan Hotel is a place where you can stay for a whole day without having to go out. The only thing that needs improvement is that the number of people eating breakfast is really scary. It takes half an hour just to queue up to get in. The breakfast is rich and there are many choices! I will not look for other hotels in Taitung in the future. I will stay at Naluwan."

It’s one of the best breakfast I ever had in taitong hotels given this was my 5th trip to taitung in last 3 years. "The room is spacious and the bathroom is oversized. The view is great. The butler's service is kind and considerate. Checking in during the Dragon Boat Festival and giving small gifts for the occasion felt very heartwarming. Overall, the CP value is very high."
