當天入住103寵物房，房間沒有異味唯獨燈具有些許蜘蛛網。溫泉池在室外空間，蚊蟲會比較多一點但飯店有提供蚊香在室外很貼心，；寵物如果要散步房間外面有一區草皮可以讓寵物散步（這個我大推）；鹿鳴真的很照顧寵物，房間內有提供尿墊以及碗，冰箱有附贈一包寵物雞胸，很貼心❤️

家庭房不到4000元的價格
可以泡溫泉
房間還算大
有24小時飲料供應
戶外泳池因時間天氣關係沒去游
遇到兒童遊憩區整修沒玩到有點可惜
早餐餐點還不錯，中規中矩
還有DIY手作餅乾
打卡送紅烏龍冰淇淋有點像奶茶口味，還不錯吃喔！

看得出來這飯店建造時候的用心
周遭環境優美舒適讓人感到放鬆
優點就不多說，有以下想法供參考
1.晚餐吃到飽食物選擇不多且熱度不夠
2.四星級飯店連茶包咖啡包都沒有真的很傻眼，打電話過去櫃檯詢問，居然回答透過訂房網站訂的就沒有含這些。還叫我稍等她要請示主管才回電給我。後來想想我們自己帶了咖啡粉出門，所以就打電話給櫃檯說不用回電了，過了一天小時左右，送了四包茶包。
可以理解現代企業為了生存或經營利潤會想辦法cost down. 但四星級卻沒有，真的有點不知道怎麼形容。
打電話過去也不是要茶包，只是想確認是忘記放了嗎？帶著善意的想法得到的回答卻有點不善意。
