老闆的經營用心，提供的沐浴液與洗手液都很上心，早餐菜色不多但營養好吃，餐廳的裝潢很有家的味道。房間不大，不過剛好住，床墊枕頭都很好入眠！

酒店位置很好，在台東市區最熱鬧的中華路與正氣路交界處，距離台東轉運站所在的鐵花村很近，少於10分鐘路程。前台服務好，但職員對公共交通方便知識有待加強。前台職員對市區循環線公車站位置不知道，其實公車站就在酒店對面馬路，這方面真的有需要加強。酒店早餐食品選擇不多，但味道頗好，看出餐廳職員很用心去烹調食品。客房設施一般。冷氣不是中央冷氣，是一般的冷氣，運作時有點噪音。自助洗衣區設施損壞有一段時間，但仍未維修好，有點扣分。
