飯店距離離市區很近，購物非常的方便，到鐵花村也不會太遠，對面就是有名的林家臭豆腐，還有阿鋐炸**，寶桑豆花

旅館位置很好，樓下就是方便的鬧區，房間還算乾淨整潔，唯獨燈光稍嫌昏暗，其他整體算不錯，滿分十分我給七分！

這次出遊，住306號房，沒早餐，可借自行車（壞到剩一台，聽說要取消可借自行車的服務）,後面有停車場（車位有限）,沒電梯，房間偏小但夠用，沒什麼插座（建議自行帶延長線），雖然是老飯店，但用心經營，隔音不錯（都沒聽到隔壁的聲音）電視頻道很多,地點很好，CP值很高

還不錯，樓下很多賣吃的，也很多排隊名店，缺點就是房間太小，燈光太暗，行李包包沒地方放，只能放地上。

地點好，隔音差，整體而言還ok
下次去台東還會住這裡，因為近夜市及當地小吃，很方便，只可惜隔音差需自備耳塞。
