住宿單天預訂，入住前完全沒又人員打電話與我確認入住時間，我晚上9點多抵達民宿，民宿大門鎖上也都無管理人員，打電話打了超多通都無人接聽，結果查詢電話為那魯灣花園酒店的電話，地圖搜尋後在民宿附近，還要自己直接前往櫃台確認後，才順利拿到民宿鑰匙入住，整個住宿服務超級差，那魯灣酒店集團服務不該是如此。
