富爺飯店沒有店招，所以在 Google導航來回3次都沒有看到這個店，也在路旁買釋迦，順便再問個路；甚至看到一間已關門黑漆漆的店，咱們一度認為是不是遇到什麼怪事了...最後把地圖放大看，原來是附掛在高野飯店內的店中店。
進高野飯店問櫃檯小姐只會被冷漠，所以住富爺的朋友可以不用進去問高野櫃檯了，個人已體驗過白眼，錯誤示範大家可別跟進再犯。
正確步驟是，車行到高野飯店門口後，在門外打 Google地圖裡面富爺飯店的服務行動電話，跟富爺飯店的人聯絡，確認一下訂位紀錄後，電話中就會告訴你如何停車及入住房號，對，一切都是電話中，呵。
房間門是開著的，鑰匙就在房間桌上等你，退房就把鑰匙放桌上走人就行；這種聽電話的指示進房間的入住體驗，個人是第一次，但怎麼又感覺好像很耳熟...
房間內陳設中規中矩，浴室細膩度稍有不足，而且沒有附早餐是有點遺憾，但溫泉是一大賣點，房價也相當實惠；再加上進房前的波折，此次的入住體驗算是相當新鮮，提供給要入住富爺飯店的朋友參考。

住宿旁邊就是共有停車場，房間整體還算ok , 房間陽台可看到山景和知本橋， 床的高度偏低，浴室裡有浴缸， 適合有攜帶小朋友的家庭
