在2019年入住時，就印象深刻。
以民宿來說，是品質非常好的住宿環境，每次入住一定會到2樓的空間，坐著按摩椅看著窗外放空一下，這次很幸運住到星空房，睡覺時看著天花板，小孩非常興奮🥰
早餐也非常好吃😊

非常好的住宿體驗，帶媽媽出遊請人員協助媽媽回房安全，很貼心的幫媽媽準備整壺熱水帶回房還準備防滑脫鞋給媽媽穿；雖然因淡季房客較少早餐為套餐式非自助式有點小失望😔整體還是非常推薦👍👏

櫃服務人員非常親切，房間乾淨整潔，廁所的玻璃完全沒有水漬痕跡。一樓有提供茶包、小餅乾跟咖啡，民宿有專屬停車場，附近有711。到台東夜市也不遠，推薦～

Very personallise service. Great decoration. Room big enough for 4. Sleep well. Serve 24hr snack n cup noodles. Will book here again if I come back to taitung. Need car to drive out for food.

我是兩位入住，是很漂亮很有設計感的一間民宿，但服務態度實在讓人心情很差。一進門要填基本資料表，正在填寫時，在地朋友好心開車送我們到民宿，想說一起進門參觀一下，卻被服務人員在大廳質問這第三位是誰，我說是朋友，並不會入住。馬上，我被嗆：當然啊，您訂的是雙人房。當然不可以住。然後請我們把朋友晾在大廳沙發等，服務人員做宣導了10分鐘才讓我們到房間入住。老實說，我住一天而已，也不是10歲小孩子了，不需要講家規一樣宣導，民宿內都有很清楚的標示，我懂中文也一向很遵守規矩。而且浴室地板超級滑，我洗完澡踩到一小塊地板馬上以劈腿的方式往前滑。宣導了10分鐘的時候，完全沒提到要舖滿浴室提供的兩塊防滑墊+兩塊地板毛巾才不會摔死。當初看價格以為是飯店/酒店級別的，沒看清楚，我訂到民宿，以後會訂飯店，不考慮民宿了。
