The hotel environment is quite good, clean and hygienic, and the service is good.

During breakfast, the kitchen staff chatted too loudly, which affected the dining a**osphere.

Because I was planning to take a hot air balloon ride, I wanted to find an accommodation close to the flight base, so I chose this hotel. The room is clean, and there is a shuttle service from Luye Railway Station to the resort. It is very convenient, but you need to book in advance. The environment of the resort is great, with outdoor swimming pools and hot springs. The Villa room type also has a private hot spring, which is best for Luye area. Said it was nothing to fault. The only drawback is the food. There are no restaurants or convenience stores near the resort, and I have to go back to the train station recently. In such a geographical environment, the restaurants in the resort do not offer lunch, afternoon tea and other options. They can only be ordered at the front desk. It’s a bit unreasonable to buy instant noodles from the small shop next to it. The taste of breakfast and dinner was also unsatisfactory and needs to be improved.

Except that the swimming pool is closer to the paddling pool, everything else is great. The butler is friendly and feels at home

There will be hot air balloon carnival car pick-up, first-class service.
