12點到店辦理入住，房間還沒有給收拾出來，等了大學半小時，要求延遲一小時退房還不同意，結果好多客人都是在兩點前辦理的退房。不統一對待客户。

前台小姑娘和打掃衞生的大姐人都挺好的，很熱心，參加考試距離很近，下午考試還給把房間留到了2點退房，中午能回去休息會兒，非常人性化。
