a nice view of the river room at the highest with the warmess Mr 孔, Desk Manager. I highly recommend this hotel. At the ground floor you can enjoy a luxury shopping mall and a lot of food and restaurants, especially a supermarket. My stay is for attending A famous singer of China is Mr Jow Shen. 周深2 nights.Hotel also arrange a free returns shuttle bus to the concert hall and arrange a free gifts of Jow Shen gimmi at hotel lobby

前台服務老貼心了，就喜歡看這35層的風景，美不勝收，整個酒店都在高樓層，交通還很發達，簡直方便到家了，下次來還會選擇這裏！

這次入住體驗堪稱滿分！從前台周雨辰熱情的歡迎，到管家幫忙搬運行李的貼心，細節之處盡顯專業。房間佈置温馨又高級，床品柔軟得像雲朵，超大觀景窗直接把舒適度拉滿。早餐更是驚喜，中西式餐點豐富到吃不過來，現煮的餛飩鮮香十足。臨走時還收到伴手禮，這種被重視的感覺太治癒了，已經推薦給所有朋友，下次來還住這兒！

酒店位於河邊，前天小哥哥免費幫升級了河景房。這次入住簡直是意外之喜！樓對面就是張韶涵演唱會，站在樓上可以遠眺，雖不可聞其聲，但可見其景。樓下就是商圈，購物吃飯超方便。房間寬敞明亮，全景落地窗視野超讚，晚上俯瞰城市夜景太治癒了。浴室乾濕分離，非常舒心。全程體驗舒適又省心，已經安利給身邊朋友了！前台小孔實在是太讚了

到酒店的時候正好趕上酒店滿房，人很多，但是秩序很好，原本擔心沒有房間，但是前台幫我們做好了協調，非常貼心，讓我們很快得到了休息，服務很滿意，在大堂轉了轉，景色非常不錯，很舒服，滿房人很多，能感覺到工作人員都非常的匆忙，但是匆忙中也體會到了大家非常積極的一個態度，很開心的入住體驗

酒店的工作人員都非常和藹熱情，一樓的接待人員主動打招呼和引導，前台的接待也很好，小劉主任辦理入住非常迅速，很快幫我們找到了合適的房間，而且也盡力滿足我們的要求，整體來説是很好的入住體驗，酒店早餐也很好吃，燕麥站好評，設施設備齊全，房間乾淨整潔，非常的滿意
