房間設施齊全，衞生乾淨，前幾天就下榻此酒店，住宿體驗很好，所以這次又選擇入住。下車就受到了大廳服務員王宇的熱情接待，直至送到房間。入住後酒店管家楊國琪、高雨霞和宋國娟就送來了各種飲料、水果、點心和酒店自製的酸梅湯，給了我們賓至如歸的感覺。

這次來山西太原有太多驚喜。第一沒想到太原變化這麼大，無論空氣質量，城市面貌還是人文景觀。尤其是太原湖濱大酒店的服務，更是讓人倍感温暖。從入店辦理入住感受到前台的到温馨周到的服務，到房間空間寬敞，布草舒適以及早餐品種之全，味道可口，價格親民，處處讓客人感慨“真不錯”！
更讓人備受感動的是前台經理柔尚潔的體貼周到的服務，為客人着想，儘可能幫助客人解決需求。非常感謝！

房間設施齊全，衞生做得很好，服務到位。早餐品種較豐富，多種多樣。酒店周圍環境很美，樓下旁就是公園，從房間就可看到整個公園全貌。從五台山回來後又續訂房間。

房間舒適，衞生達標，枕頭很適合我，高矮合適，可以從賓館直接去迎澤公園，吃過早餐後可以直接去遛彎，早餐西餐部分不錯，下次還會選擇這個賓館。
