前台服務很親切，我們上午到的酒店，還沒有安排好房間，所以寄存了行李，偶然瞥見憑房卡可以免費進入純陽宮，前台先給了我們房卡，等有了房間還打電話告知，體現了山西的熱情。 房間比較小，設施也有點老化，除此之外都挺滿意的，晚上開燈光很豪華。 順便説一下餐廳，衹有拼桌不用排隊，但是為啥菜都沒鍋氣，還是改進一下吧。

酒店很有特色，衝著這個訂的。前台服務很周到，退房那天很早要趕火車，酒店幫忙把早餐提前打包好了，非常暖心。
