為了看山西飯店的夜景而選擇住一晚，價格不太便宜，房間夠大，但設施有些落後，插座比較少不太方便。酒店的位置很好，出遊出行方便。

辦理入住快，房間乾淨整潔舒適，客服對需求響應也很快，物品還會提醒確認避免遺漏

酒店處於太原市柳巷商圈核心區域，交通十分方便。酒店歷史人文氛圍濃厚，許多近代名人都曾經入住過酒店。房間設施齊全，條件也非常好。我定的高級悦景大床房，夜晚酒店的燈光打開，夜景十分的漂亮！另外，酒店的服務也非常到位。以後來太原就住這了。

訂的閲景雙床，整體很舒適，設施也都OK，酒店本身就是一個景點，地理位置很方便
非常難忘的是酒店大堂的男經理，隨時都面帶微笑有求必應，服務很到位，續住的時候免費升了房間，端午入住期間服務員曉雪、曉付、曉曲專程來送了果盤，長者家也很開心
再次來山西會繼續住這裏
唯一美中不足的是餐飲那邊的前台服務，比較冷漠、可能人多吧，大多冷着臉
