Vienna International Hotel is super close to the GAO TIE station. You can just take the back route on the first floor and it takes a very short walk to get me to the station. Lobby looks luxurious and staff are friendly. They upgraded to a non-smoking floor however the first room was still smelling smoky. They changed room and I’m happy it’s a REAL non-smoking. Breakfast is good with many things. Highly recommend it.

The hotel helped me upgrade to a superior king-size room, which has a large space and comes with free mineral water. The hot water shower in the room is also good. It is very close to the airport and has a high cost-effectiveness. It is worth recommending!

This is my most speechless accommodation experience. I arrived at the hotel at 11 o'clock in the evening. The front desk told me that the deluxe king-size bed room I originally booked could be upgraded to a suite. It was painted. Then I asked to give me the original king-size bed room, but they said no. In fact, my room had been given to someone else a long time ago, so they pretended to give me a suite, which was actually a routine! Fortunately, Ctrip's customer service attitude was very good. They helped me change to a standard room and went to bed after one o'clock. I was charged 30 for checking out one hour late today.
