Is a old hotel with a renovated room The staff is friendly. Location not very center. 15 mins walk to closest attraction but there is metro nearby

Great service all around, i have been staying at ATour hotel for my 4 months China travelling. Trust me, you won’t be disappointed! Oh, did I mention they have awesome laundry facilities?

We stayed 5 nights at Atour. The rooms are clean & tidy. Facilities are in excelent condition. Hotel served free fruit plate everyday. More importantly, hotel staff are happy and eager to help. We had to leave the hotel early morning one day and could not take breakfast at the hotel. Hotel staff offered to prepare breakfast boxes so we could have breakfast on our train ride to a nearby city. When we checked out, the lady responsible for cleaning rooms volunteered to help us bring our luggages to the lobby.

Clean and value for money

It was an extremely pleasant stay! The hotel is very clean, new and environmental-friendly. The breakfast was delicious with various options. I would like to emphasize how helpful and kind the staff at the reception was. It’s not easy to travel by yourself especially if you are a foreigner but people working at Atour hotel made it much easier :)

1. The facilities are old and the old store has been renovated. There is a strong smell of sewerage at the entrance of the store. 2. The hygiene situation is as shown in the picture. The hair dryer is old and has low wind power. 3. There are several staggered stairs in the elevator hall and customer service on each floor. 4. Not many breakfast varieties 5. The bedding is okay, the only place that recognizes it

The entire hotel is located above an unfinished building, and the room is also facing the unfinished building. I was shocked when I opened the curtains😱 Except for this point, the other services are quite normal, Atour standard service

It is relatively close to Gulou Street, just across two roads. The service is very good, the waiters are very enthusiastic and have a very good attitude. The breakfast is very rich, and the "bowl of porridge at midnight" is very considerate, which is suitable for filling your stomach when you are hungry in the middle of the night. This is not available in other hotels, which is very considerate. The porridge cooked at midnight is also very good. Let's talk about the bedding. For people like me who have trouble sleeping, try to find Atour when you go out, so that you can sleep more peacefully, and the quilts and covers are especially clean.

The room was clean, just like the standard of Atour. But it was a little behind the times, compared with other cities. And the worst thing was that the breakfast buns were moldy. If the food has been left for a long time, can we throw it away and not give it to the guests?

The hotel is better than expected, I feel very satisfied. The room is relatively quiet and clean, with all kinds of supplies. The breakfast is relatively rich and tastes good. The only shortcoming is that the lighting and exhaust switches in the bathroom are not separate, and the exhaust noise is difficult to control. Others are very satisfactory.

The room was spacious and quite comfortable. The service was also very good. The free buffet breakfast was originally on the first day, but we couldn't eat it because we had to leave early, so we moved it to the second day. On the first day, we were provided with a free milk and snack each, including the driver who picked us up for the trip, who also provided one for free at our request. Because we didn't ask for a non-smoking floor before booking, we were given a room on a non-smoking floor. My friend felt a little uncomfortable with the smell of smoke on the first night, so we asked for a room on a non-smoking floor on the second night. The service was generally good, especially the attitudes of Yu Huang, Bai Pingzhou, and Bai Bai at the lobby front desk. It's about ten minutes away from the food street, and it's quite close to the famous restaurant Favorite Mama Cuisine. I was quite satisfied overall.

I am honored to have chosen Atour for my second stop in Taiyuan. The hygiene is very good. I stayed there for two days in a row, and the cleaning lady even helped me fold my clothes. The service of the front desk lady was very good. She answered all my questions and responded to all my requests. The breakfast buffet was also very rich. As expected, Atour is the best choice for travel and accommodation!
