There was no pool, there were cockroaches in the hallways, there is no good cleaning, the reception service was terrible, breakfast was late, there was no complaints book, they didn't give you details or solutions, broken elevators, broken bathrooms, lack of water, misleading advertising. What was a week of work and rest was just arriving late to sleep.

Great hotel! Has vending machines, ice machine, a mini store, and free breakfast!!! Lots of near by super stores, restaurants, and shopping as well.

Place is a dump, NO POOL like ADVERTISED, they do that because they would loose a lot of business if they did. Nobody did anything abolition this, not Howard Johnson not Wyndham. Do not stay at this place is very dirty, “breakfast is terrible, and NO POOL

Hidden behind the another hotel. Room was dusty and but employees were happy to help.

Nice location close to freeways and friendly staff. Room where clean and beds were comfortable.

There were no toothbrushes nor toothpaste. There was no ref and microwave. Other than that, everything was nice. There was free breakfast. There is a swimming pool. The thing I liked the most was the free shuttle to Disneyland. I loved my stay here!!

We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was ready for us every morning and included a variety of choices.

Poor customer service from front desk. The front desk male stated that I reserved for 2 single beds when my reservation clearly showed for an single king bed. Very dirty rooms especially carpets which didn’t appear to have been cleaned for years. Thin walls so you hear every little noise outside rooms. Very soft mattresses. Breakfast food appeared undercooked to the point my fiancee had food poisoning from it. Would not recommend.

It is close to Disneyland, and many people who go to Disneyland stay here. There is a small commercial area next to it, and it is very convenient for restaurants and supermarkets. The hotel is relatively old, and the rooms and facilities are relatively old. The room is large and the space is great.

Seeing that this hotel was cheaper than others and had a free shuttle to Disney, I booked two nights. The equipment was old and rudimentary, the first night of stay had one elevator broken and the other elevator had to go a long way to sit, but the next day the only one was broken and had to wait half a day . This was a trivial matter, even the next night power outage, waited until 10:30 in the morning to have the power back, and no air conditioning, no hot shower, no support provided! The Holiday Inn next door has a power outage, but even people will lend me two flashlights and provide hot water for me to boil cup noodles! After successfully fighting to send another night of free stay, even found swimming pool maintenance! You can't even swim in water in the hot weather! Free bus, and despite seeing me waiting at the station could turn 180 degrees to leave, causing me to take the bus back to the hotel. There's really nothing much to offer about this hotel except that it's cheaper than anything else! Also this hotel charged me a $100 deposit and it has been beyond a week since I posted and it has not been refunded to me! The hotels I stayed in before in San Francisco and Canada didn’t have deposit refunds for that long! His front desk told me it would retreat in a couple of days!
