設施廠陳舊，桌子、衞生間一看就沒打掃乾淨，黴味很重，淋浴噴頭異響亂呲水，被子芯黑乎乎的，入住體驗感不好，也不懂得好好維護一下設備和環境！不知道還算不算五星級酒店，如果算那就太差強人意了！唯一算好的那就是服務態度了！

酒店很豪華，服務態度也比較好。在萬達廣場旁，地理位置優越。停車場比較小，這也是在繁華處的一個缺點。不過瑕不掩瑜。酒店內部設定感覺和希爾頓差不多，該有的都有，城景房，在太原是感覺非常不錯的。歡迎大家來入住。
