酒店環境、位置、服務都很好，因裝修時間已經較長，淋浴間有漏水，不過服務員很貼心，給拿了兩塊地巾解決了問題。
還有個細節，我們住了三個晚上，服務員看到我們需要洗衣，給我們送了洗衣液，看到我們泡茶，給我們送來了洗刷茶杯的刷子，看到我們眼鏡放在房間，晚上回去眼鏡盒旁邊多了擦眼鏡的濕巾。服務很體貼、很用心，也使我們對太原留下很美好的印象。

床很舒適，鬧中取靜，老牌五星級酒店，但現代感十足，有歡迎水果，房間有歡迎小卡片，輕音樂讓人很容易入睡，房間忘記拍照了

第二天續住了，賓館位置優越，對面是迎澤公園，老太原菜館和太原麪食店都在附近。管家服務也貼心，能在我們到來之前燒好水，送來水果時，還附帶了水果刀和水果叉

從酒店廣場到房間，非常乾淨舒適（定之前看了一些評論，很奇怪有人説衞生間不乾淨，照片也和我的房間不一樣）。酒店工作人員非常熱情周到專業（感覺是有統一培訓）。總之非常愉快的一次體驗。
對面就是迎澤公園。
