Excellent location as near the Liu street and Zhonglou street. The front desk seems too busy and have to wait to get help. The room layout is unusual as the toilet is open concept.

酒店位置非常好，地鐵出站就是了，附近美食很多，距離鐘樓街，食品街，五一廣場，純陽宮這些景點都很近，步行科達。酒店服務也很好，送了歡迎水果，客房空的情況下還辦了提前入住，前台和客房服務很好，非常貼心！有機會還會入住！

又一次非常差的體驗😡😡😡 上次前台態度不好，那個大堂經理説好的下次入住給我安排升級，然後還有果盤，不知道上次那個經理的誠信何在啊🤔🤔🤔 然後給我安排了一個兩張單人床拼成的大床，奇葩的是有牀頭櫃的那邊沒有插座，有插座的地方沒有牀頭櫃。搞得手機沒得充電。早上打電話要水，電話居然是壞的，真的無語😒 還有就是房間的椅子可真是把我噁心壞了🤮🤮🤮，大家如圖看看吧。還有其他的衞生沒有拍照，就不説了。

設施：聽朋友説是這邊比較高級的酒店了，全屋智能還是不錯的。外賣會被機器人送到房間。服務：服務比較周到，第一天因為我們需要加床，客房部經理樓上樓下幫忙看房間大小安排擺放，連住了四天，中間有洗了衣服因為滴水晾在了衞生間就出去了，回來幫忙打掃的客房服務人員還留了小條幫忙拿出來晾了，很細心。後面幾天因為開了當地朋友的車，有一天很晚回酒店，停車場的小哥半夜1點多了也沒有不耐煩的幫忙開車庫大門。環境：酒店早餐還不錯，尤其是刀削麪還挺好吃😋

我們已經是第二次家庭出行，入住太原五洲假日酒店。Holiday Inn還是一如既往的水準：酒店環境和服務，即使在暑假高峯期，還是有一定的保證；房間比較大，住着舒服。樓下打車或地鐵、公交都很方便。晚飯後，可以去柳巷、鐘樓街走走也很不錯。酒店附近的郝剛剛羊雜割和燒餅、馬家清真牛羊肉餃子都很不錯。當然來太原，一定要去省博物館和晉祠打卡。
