自駕旅遊入住山西晉祠國賓館，感覺環境非常好！賓館就是晉祠公園的一部分，有一個小門直通晉祠公園和晉祠博物館，專車接送；5號樓中餐廳山西菜，就餐環境好、服務到位、食材新鮮；非常感謝賓館服務人員，她們及時通知我有個充電插座忘記帶走；另外就是建議賓館管理單位提升一下賓館的設施設備。

作為山西省唯一的國賓館，其衞生、位置、設施均屬一流 ，尤其是所處環境僅與晉祠一牆之隔，簡直就是一所現代版的“晉祠”。十幾所各具特色的小樓依山臨水而建，全園綠草茵茵，鮮花盛開，令人賞心悦目，流連忘返…，加之有自助早餐，恆温游泳池，價格親民。與其雄踞全省之冠的硬件相比，其管理水平之低下也令人膛目結舌，從進酒店開始，就沒見一位服務人員有問候，有笑臉，你的感覺是倒置的，在他們高傲的眼光下，你彷彿都是來討吃的。預訂房間聲稱有室內游泳池，但進店後就被告知“正在維修”；旅客分駐各個樓層，吃飯本應有接駁車接送，但你卻很難接通電話；自點飯菜質量及早餐品種更是令人失望至極。大堂接待的態度更是讓人心裏受損；泊車停位更是混亂 ；星級賓館門堂接客的服務人員呆若木雞形同虛設。以上所説，並非晉祠國賓館一無是處，但作為全省唯一的國賓館的確與其他省市國賓館有較大的差距。
