大廳非常寬敞，工作人員笑着問好，非常熱情，辦理入住會貼心詢問有什麼要求，還會貼心告知早餐在幾樓幾點到幾點，房間設備也不錯，挺智能化的，還有機器人送東西，早餐非常豐盛，工作人員都很熱心的推薦好吃的，雖然是第一次入住，但是給我的印象非常好，服務非常好，很推薦

本來不想點評的，奈何臨走讓給個好評，那我就好好説説，這是我住過的相對比較大的漢庭，從一踏進大門開始就是冷漠，給了身份證接下，我這還沒辦理完隨後進來一隊人是預訂10間的就開始殷勤詢問，要不是好意提醒拿着我的身份證您在問誰，我都懷疑前台是衹看得到自己想看到的
第二，這麼大個漢庭，請問是否有指甲刀，迴應直接一句便利店裡有，這就算了，這麼大個漢庭，小朋友去前台問下是否有筆，可否借一下，對不起，沒有，沒有，這麼大個漢庭沒有一支筆，你們都是電子辦公的是吧
第三，門口寄存行李，寄存櫃壞了，大廳廁所居然也壞了，今天下雨，其他房間的一個帶娃的媽媽想借把傘上車，對不起沒有，我就不理解貴酒店還有啥了，漢庭我不質疑，我開始質疑點對點的服務管理，貴店的不是要啥沒啥，是沒有人情味，要好評的時候是怎麼有勇氣説出來的，我是差給你幾個字的好評，但是我不差你那幾支筆
