超乎預期的體驗感酒店還算比較新熱水、冰箱、洗衣機、投影硬件設施齊全晚上也很安靜最主要每天看到窗外，心情都很好而且雯雯管家服務周到，滿足很多需求後面來太原還選擇這裏住！

説實話，客服和保潔人員的態度讓我感覺還不錯，不是很想給負面評價，但是酒店的衞生實在是糟糕在明面上的，我不得不提出來讓更多消費者看到。
廚房灶台上有黃色的水漬，衞生間馬桶有尿漬，天花板漏水，而且牙刷牙膏都不給…對比其他城市類似的酒店，相同價位不同的居住體驗，我衹能説繼續努力吧…

第一次訂這家，上週温度特別高，房間是厚被子，沒有空調。一棟樓裏的公寓都開了，這家不開。給朋友的父母訂的長者家不好意思硬着頭皮咬着牙住了兩晚，住到最後上火腹瀉頭疼，不知道原因在哪裡，但是房間温度三十幾度也是理解不了。問客服了説是沒有空調沒有到統一打開的時間。訂了三晚上，最後一天實在沒法堅持，跟酒店客服溝通要退一晚，直接説過了十二點了，上午保潔打掃過一次，現在下午退房還得用一次保潔…無語子，為了省錢不顧住客死活嗎？哪家酒店都有延遲退房，超過兩點不到六點加收半天房費的。這家不行，衹要過了十二點，不能退，因為人家要花兩次保潔的錢。空調不能開，給這家公寓做保潔的阿姨都吐槽，一棟樓都開了這家不開。天吶！最後跟去哪網客服溝通了一番最後一晚的房費才給退。一生黑！露宿街頭也不能訂這家！
