房屋位置好找，就在路邊，而且還有落地窗，陽光燦爛，光線明朗。出行在路邊打車就可以了，很方便，下車坐電梯就進去了，電梯也多，不存在擁擠的情況。房東很熱情，遇到問題問房東都能得到解決，而且在屋內進行了一次做飯體驗，入住體驗很好 。屋內全天熱水，熱水的溫度也很穩定，一路勞頓后剛入住洗個熱水澡全身都舒適了。樓下就有很多便利店和小吃店，日常早餐下樓解決，喝碗圪塔湯，來碗麪都很巴適。
