The amenities in the room have both English and Chinese, which is really helpful. The hotel offers free tea and that's cool 👍 Things to improve: The reception staff could learn a few basic English phrases. The sports themed room could be better if it had an extra sitting place (another chair or a small sofa). There is only 1 chair in the room and it wasn't enough for us (I travelled with my husband and son).
