Very conveniently located right on a shopping street. Rooms are small but well-equipped and clean. Breakfast is good and has varied options.

A fairly nice hotel with fair, reasonable and affordable price in the area with accessible location, quite easy to be accessed by foreign travellers. The breakfast was good and delicious, offering a range of nice food choices. Will be more than happy to recommend the hotel to all types of travellers.

Nice Hotel, highly recommend. The parking lot is very close to the hotel and the receptionist give me clear explanation so that I can find it easily. Besides, there are welcoming gift and free drink. The room is tidy. Yet, I've selected a smoking room, the smell of smoking is really strong.

This price is a great deal with breakfast included. Moreover, it is a buffet style, so limited food doesn't go to waste. It would be best if there was a little more variety in the food. The large public bath was also good. There was only one, and the bathing times were separate for men and women, so it was a little disappointing that you couldn't bathe whenever you wanted, but overall it was a great hotel. It was truly a super hotel.

The hotel facilities are very complete and there are healing hot springs. We have visited Japan every day. It is really wonderful to be able to soak in the hot hot springs. Then we can have a buffet breakfast. The styles are very diverse and different every day.

The hotel is about 10 minutes away from the JR station, which is quite convenient. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to Ritsurin Park. The location of the hotel is very good. The hotel hot spring is good. Although it is a little small, it does not affect the quality of the hot spring. It is indeed a natural hot spring. The breakfast is also rich. As expected from a Japanese hotel, it was very compact and the bathroom was like a capsule(?), but considering it was a business hotel, the rest was excellent value for money. Natural hot springs, breakfast, comfortable and clean bedding, personal pillows, organic amenities...and even a seat right in the middle of Tamachi Arcade...the best value for money ever.
