Front Desk - no smile , no explanation , very cool , not very helpful…give me the wrong type of room that I book for stay at first and I need to change back the correct room type for my stay …

Room and washroom are very small. Having microwave in the room is a plus.
Not in the city center, but if you are traveling to islands or getting on JR most of the time, it's a very convenient location

We are group of 7 peoples and require documents for claiming insurance due to typhoon in hk and delay our flight. The staff at reception, Nhu speaks good English and is very helpful in preparing our documents. Appreciate her effort to add credit to our stay.
