Because there is no option for breakfast and dinner when booking, I would like to add breakfast and dinner and check the order information.
But for more than a month, I kept using emails, messages, AI inquiries on the official website, and even asked Trip to help me contact the hotel, but the hotel did not reply.
When I checked in, I asked to add dinner, but the front desk staff told me that breakfast and dinner were already full. We ended up going to a restaurant next to the station for dinner.
Like other hot spring hotels, the equipment is very old. The shower curtain was full of mold.
The private open-air bath in the room had countless floating objects, as well as leaves and insects in the water.

Because the number of children was entered incorrectly when booking the room, when checking out the room, I paid 7,000 yen for the child fee, and asked the hotel to provide a bed and quilt, but was refused! Dinner and breakfast were okay, not very rich or delicious. Compared to the one-stop-two-food options in Lake Kawaguchi and Hakone, I prefer Hakone and Lake Kawaguchi.
