My friend can't eat seafood because he is taking Chinese medicine, so I considerately changed it to beef. The hot spring is small, and there is an outdoor one. There is a free foot bath at the door, and I soaked my feet there when I was waiting for check-in time. It is very close to the station and you can go hiking in Kamikochi.

It's a very traditional old Japanese-style room. We booked a room with a hot spring, so we can take unlimited baths in the room. After bathing, our skin will be smooth and super comfortable. Both dinner and breakfast are traditional Japanese set meals, both of which are very rich. The A5 grade Hida beef for dinner is large, tender and super delicious.

Although there aren't many reviews, we booked late and didn't have many other options. The experience turned out to be surprisingly good. After walking for three minutes from the station, you change into leather slippers after entering the hotel gate. There are also special slippers for children. The Japanese-style room is clean and comfortable, and the experience is very good. I slept on the tatami at night and it was very pleasant. I felt refreshed in the morning. We had high-quality Hida beef for dinner. After a long walk in the village, we could take a dip in the large bath when we came back. The water in the indoor bath was too hot and I squirted for a long time before I sat down. The temperature of the outdoor water was very comfortable, so I gritted my teeth and rushed out. Just sit down. The open-air footbath at the door, steaming hot springs and natural waterfalls coexist. Eat breakfast and take a dip in the morning, it’s so cool!
