On November 3rd, 6 people from 3 generations took care of us. The gradation of the trees was very beautiful and the open-air bath was the best. The food was one after another, high quality and beautiful, yet all delicious.The person who brought the meals was kind and courteous and even treated my elderly father, making it a very enjoyable dinner. I was able to fulfill my filial piety. thank you very much. While I was having a drink on the terrace, I could see deer and really felt the nature. Of course, there was no convenience store or anything, but there was a Nescafe machine in the lounge that I could use anytime, and I was very satisfied with the complimentary alcohol. Thank you for your help again.

I stayed here with my tour group. The room was average, the bathroom tiny, floorboards were cold and had to crank up the heating but we had a couple of breakfasts and a dinner where we dressed up in national costume and it was fun. There is also a nice area where you can make coffee and sit on the ground floor near reception. What made this stay pleasant was the lovely staff. The waiters in the restaurant were lovely and the manager of the hotel was outstanding. He even came onto our bus to say goodbye and thanks the next morning. I enjoyed my time here.

Dragon Spa Resort is nestled in wooded countryside, about a 40-minute drive from a traditional alpine town. We were part of a tour group and there were western or Japanese style bedrooms. The mattress in our large room was very comfortable and the living space was ample. The staff were very friendly and very helpful, and our meal consisted of traditional Japanese dishes, which was very memorable. The view from the hot springs overlooking the trees below gave us a true "onsen" experience! What a very pleasant stay.
